Enjoy a one-hour chocolate-making session for families with kids aged 5-17. Create personalized chocolate bars, moulded chocolates, and filled bars for adults. Learn about cocoa’s origins while sipping hot chocolate, and design your own chocolate postcard. Participants receive a 10% discount in the Chocolate Shop and can take home their creations. Want to acquire some basic chocolate tempering skills in a fun and hands on workshop? This experience is for you. We will help you create a selection of moulded chocolate treats. You will then move on to hands-on chocolate making, practicing tempering chocolate to create a delicious selection of flavoured chocolates using ingredients such as honeycomb and orange. You will discover the differences in working with selected varieties of chocolate.

Our Truffle Shuffle experience with Chief Chocolatier, Geri Martin will guide you through making moulded and hand-rolled truffles. You will craft ganache, and flavour your own truffles, maybe even with a nip of your favourite tipple, if you wish*! Temper Temper! You will learn the process of tempering chocolate – an essential skill for chocolate-making at home! You will practice a range of decorating techniques and explore toppings and ways to make the tastiest truffles you’ve ever had!

We are a proud founding member of this group and in our Taste Causeway Experience, you will be introduced to an exclusive selection of local artisan products and learn how to pair them with the finest chocolate. You will handcraft a delectable collection of chocolate truffles* – during each Taste Causeway experience Chief Chocolatier Geri Martin will guide you through making ganaches with the stunning selection of local artisan products. We will provide all you need to make your chocolates and to bring them home. You will have the option to pair your chocolates with a range of artisan products.
