Award-Winning Gin Distillery Tour on Ireland’s Skellig Coast!
Enjoy a fully guided tour of Skellig Six18 distillery with a local storyteller who take you & your group on an award-winning tour that includes history, Celtic myths, laughs, hands on sensory experiences, & local knowledge in our working gin distillery, along with an immersive AV experience.
You will be guided through the fundamentals of gin & whiskey distillation, you’ll hear about the skills of whiskey maturation, finishing & blending, & you learn about the botanicals used in our Skellig Six18 Gin in the Apothecary Corner & our collaboration with Michelin Star Chef who helped us with the final recipe. This is a chance to visit the distillery as it evolves & expands through the installation of a new carbon neutral whiskey distillery plant.
